We have a few quick Underdog plays this morning that we like.
First, Larson and Chastain were two of the best cars in practice and they should be contending for a top 5 all day.
Bubba Wallace is a good sleeper pick for the race today and I expect him to run top 10.
Busch has struggled all season but he had solid lap times in practice. I just don’t trust that team enough right now to believe he will back it up. So I like taking his under in this spot.
Logano and Blaney didn’t show too much in practice. They had speed just outside the top 10 and while they could be better in the race, I think there are so many guys that could be good today that taking them to finish outside the top 6 and 7 is a solid bet.
Finally the biggest risk of this group is probably Bell under 8.5. A lot of people are probably on the other side of this but Bell did not have the speed of the other Toyotas in practice. He also has a bad history here with not many good runs. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him struggle today and run outside the top 10
